Would you like to be a part of an important team 
that assists and empowers Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf/Blind victims of abuse?

Are you fluent in ASL, caring, reliable 
and able to keep matters confidential?

Sego Lily Center for the Abused Deaf 
is looking for more volunteer advocates!

Requires:

1. A 50-hour domestic violence training.

2. Attend monthly advocate meetings

3. Available to respond to pager duties for a monthly period

4. A one to two year commitment

5. Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf Culture

6. Transportation and car insurance

7. Advocates must pass a BCI (criminal background check)
